I think I thought a thing that might have been a dream.
I might have made it up. I might have not.
Am I imagining?
From what is real and what is fake. There's no mistake
that something happened.
I just can't fathom
the thought that seems to be at stake.
I'll continue on and go along with what it just might be.
But in a junction, my assumptions
only cause insecurity.
I'm unaware and often scared of what I think I thought I knew.
Which isn't much but made up stuff
I stir in a pot of confusion stew.
And so the dream I thought I had turns out to be a nightmare.
The thing I thought now thinks it's bad
a vision made to seem unfair.
A thought is fine to have until the thought becomes a question.
And when it does, a question, if not answered soon becomes assumption.
Your thoughts are clearly fine to go about assuming what they will
But asking someone else instead will put to rest the rumor wheel
